Pan frying : cut meat into 1” thick pieces and cook over medium heat about 3-4 minutes each side.
Oven bake : preheat oven to 425ºF (200ºC) and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
