Seasoned Flank Steak Tacos with Guacamole and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
1 package of Fontaine Family Seasoned Veal Flank Steak (about 650 g)
Corn tortillas
Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
Juice of one lime
1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
Salt
60 ml (¼ cup) chopped fresh cilantro
Corn Salsa
2 seeded tomatoes cut into small cubes
2 seeded jalapenos, cut into small cubes
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
250 ml (1 cup) cooked corn kernels
Juice of one lime
Preparation
For the Guacamole: In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
For the Corn Salsa : Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
For the flank steak: Preheat BBQ to high. Oil the grill and place the flank steak on it. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Remove from grill and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Grill corn tortillas for 20 seconds on each side.
Cut steaks into thin slices and place in tortilla.
Top with guacamole and corn salsa.

Serve as a main course or in mini-tacos as an appetizer.
Tips and Tricks
To prevent the guacamole from oxidizing, leave the pit in the mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
