In a large skillet, heat half of the sesame oil (15 mL) on medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for about five minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and continue cooking for another two minutes while stirring frequently. Then, add the soya sauce, honey, and continue stirring. Remove from heat and set aside.
In another skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium heat, add vegetables, and cook for three minutes.

Serve a portion of meat and vegetables over hot rice and sprinkle with cashews and Thai basil.
