Veal kefta

Conventional oven

Preheat oven to 400ºF (230ºC)
Place keftas on a baking sheet
Cook for 20 minutes
Cooking time may vary depending on the oven.

Cooking tip : cover baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleaning.

For your safety, it is recommended cooking to a minimum internal temperature of 71ºC (160ºF)

Ingredients : veal, water, dehydrated onion, seasoning, salt

Bake in the oven and top with a tomato sauce. Skewer for BBQ and serve in a sandwich or submarine bun. Cut cooked kefta into slices for pizza topping. Bake and serve as a breakfast sausage with eggs and potatoes.
